Attorney
Lex Allgaier was born and raised in Katy, Texas and is a fifth generation Texan. Lex grew up in a ranching family and learned at an early age the value of hard work. Upon graduating from Katy High School, Lex attended Texas A&M University where he was a member of the collegiate rodeo team, competing in National Intercollegiate Rodeos across Texas and Louisiana.
After graduating from Texas A&M, Lex clerked for a prominent Houston Family Law attorney known to take cases to trial where he solidified his career choice to be a trial lawyer. Lex attended St. Mary’s University School of Law and was a member of the National Trial Team where he won best speaker at multiple mock trial tournaments across the country.
Lex briefly practiced Family Law prior to representing injured Texans due to the negligence of others. For Lex there is no greater joy than brining justice to those injured from the negligence of others by holding responsible parties accountable. Lex has experience representing injured Texans in auto and commercial vehicle accidents, wrongful death, premise liability, and many others.
When not fighting for his clients, Lex can be found spending time with his nieces and nephew, on the back of his horse at a team roping or checking cows, in a duck blind, or fishing the Texas coast. Lex is admitted to practice in all Texas courts and is a member of Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
