Brittaney was born and raised in Brazoria, Texas. It was there that her love for law and justice began. Brittaney’s father was an investigator for the Brazoria County District Attorney’s office for over 15 years.

Her summers were spent following attorneys around the courtroom listening to their arguments and watching trials. Brittaney interned at the District Attorney’s office from high school until she received her undergraduate degree from Texas State University. This hands-on training and experience provided Brittaney with unique insight into the trial process.

Brittaney attended St. Mary’s University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. While there she was elected the Vice-President of the Woman’s Law Association and was a semi-finalist in St. Mary’s Moot Court Competition.

During her time at St. Mary’s Brittaney took many negotiation courses and received her mediator’s certificate. Brittaney also traveled to Austria to study international business law at the University of Innsbruck.

Brittaney is the aggressive advocate you want fighting for you if you have been wrongly injured. Despite her calm demeanor, Brittaney is relentless in her pursuit against the negligent parties responsible for the injury caused to her clients.

In her free time, Brittaney enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out with her puppy, Tessa, and traveling.
