Rusty Harrison is recognized by colleagues and adversaries alike as one of Texas’ top plaintiff personal injury attorneys. 

Rusty’s success as a trial lawyer isn’t recent — it started very early in his career.   Since 2008, his 8th year of practice, he has held Martindale-AVVO’s highest available rating. 

Since 2013 Rusty has been named a member of The National Association of Distinguished Counsel — Nation’s Top One Percent in the field of personal injury law.  

In 2023, Rusty was named a Texas Super Lawyer in the field of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation.

As a result of his long and documented history of significant recoveries, Rusty has been awarded lifetime memberships in both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  

He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Texas Trial Lawyers Association, completed a one-year term as Briefing Attorney to Judge Murry B. Cohen of the First District Court of Appeals (1999-2000), and served on the Editorial Board of the South Texas Law Review (1998-1999).  

As the Firm’s Managing Partner, Rusty now plays a lead role in overseeing firm operations, as well as ensuring that exceptional results are achieved for the firm’s clients.
