Prior to attending law school, Will attended the University of the Incarnate Word where he earned a B.S. in Biology. Will then attended the University of Texas San Antonio, where he earned a M.S. In Biology with a focus in Biotechnology before attending South Texas College of Law.

Before joining Brian White & Associates, Will represented employers and big insurance companies in worker compensation claims.
